Karazhan: Netherspite's Portals will buff Netherspite if blocked by a Dormant minion

May be hard to see the visuals but despite the red beam hitting The Darkness, Netherspite has the Windfury in this situation. An extra minion further to the left of The Darkness cannot intercept the effect. If it hits a dormant minion, it goes directly to Netherspite. Presumably the portal is asking which minion is adjacent to it via a method that considers Dormant minions void

I believe this wasn't always the case. Would be worth testing with Nether Portal or Sherazin Seed (Untouchable but not [truly] Dormant).
