HDT does not open hs

Expected Behavior

press start hearthstone, hearthstone gets opened

Actual Behavior

press start hearthstone, battle.net gets opened after 3 seconds battle.net gets opened again and it fails to log me in because its already opened. It happends every time. I tried to start hdt as admin, i set the hs path manually, but nothing works for me.
it wont start hearthstone.
