With this PR, you can click Release, and create a tag that starts of with wheels*, e.g. wheels-0.0.1. The wheel is created for each torch major and cuda version, I would recommend getting the right build from the right matrix.
Pipeline should be roughly reusable. I built it partially from scratch, partially from Autoawq. Its running under MIT Licence.

Some ideas i had along the way:

  • Why are the Cudaextensions build with sm_70 compute capability - is there no gain for newer versions?
  • If you like this, I would extend it to the other repo
  • If you got some propositions on how to integrate it into https://github.com/michaelfeil/infinity, let me know, I am curious.

Getting this up-ad running was quite a pain, please squash the commits.
