Cannot use autoresume and wandb together

When using both autoresume and the wandb logger in the composer trainer, we get the same error as in
mosaicml/composer#2365

This seems to be fixed for composer>=0.15.1

Thanks for the report, we'll look into upgrading the mosaic version. It may take a little bit - IIRC we are pinged to an older version for some specifics about how the data is preprocessed.

If you get it training with a newer version please let me know!
