Add ai firing control machines similar to the one on the odp to all capital ships OR make frigates cost money

the cov and urf capital ships can always be destroyed by a single experimental mac ship because by the time the cov or urf crew gets to the firing consoles, their ship has taken too much damage. by adding a way for these consoles to fire the weapons automatically. it will give the crew more time to respond.

OR

makes frigates cost a lot of money.
