Pre-written hardware correspondances

Even though we don't have automated notifications yet 😢, it would be helpful if there was a button you could click on the hardware desk screen to generate a message to send that participant give the request's current/new status. For instance, Ready for Pickup cards should have buttons to generate "Ready for Pickup" and "Pickup confirmation" messages.

(Depending on operational constraints we may not send all of these messages - Ready for Pickup and Declined messages are the bare minimum to me.)

Boilerplates:

Request approved:

Hi {name}!

{location} hardware desk has approved your request for {quantity} {item}! We'll let you know when it's ready for pickup!

Request declined:

Hi {name}!

Unfortunately, {location} hardware desk is unable to fulfill your request for {quantity} {item} because {reason}. If you have any questions, you can reply to this message or visit the hardware desk at {location}.

Ready for pickup:

Hi {name}!

The following items you requested are now Ready for Pickup at {location}! You will need to give us your photo ID as collateral if you haven't already done us.
