OrderUp orders handled by OrderUp are public and could be scraped into order-splitter.

  • Provide a way to enter the public OrderUp URL
  • Scrape OrderUp page for order summary and feed it through order-splitter

* Use new html parser in chrome extension

Fixes GustavoFernandes#39

* Trim textContent inside parser

This was preventing fees/tip/taxes from getting picked up in the chrome
extension. Not sure why it didn't also happen in the webclient.
