Alternatively you can override redis cluster config via your Dockerfile :

FROM grokzen/redis-cluster

RUN sed -i 's/appendonly yes/appendonly no/g' /redis-conf/redis-cluster.tmpl \
    && echo 'save ""' >> /redis-conf/redis-cluster.tmpl
