Loading

remove the tons of packages required in the setup.py
remove the super annoying print everywhere
clean the "deprecation" issued by pandas and numpy
clean the code of the "grid2op_utils" submodule
clean the code of the other modules
make the test faster by NOT running 8k steps but maybe 100 or 200 ?
