AWS comissioned Accenture to update their old reports on the difference between on-prem and AWS for sustainability, and a new combined report that includes several workloads including AI was published on June 25, 2024. The report uses "OSI SCI" as its basis, but doesn't publish any actual numbers, and refers to data sources that are not published by AWS including PUE and Location based data for AWS regions. Was there any discussion of this report elsewhere in the GSF? It was the first I've heard about it when I saw a reference to it on LinkedIn: https://sustainability.aboutamazon.com/carbon-reduction-aws.pdf
