Meetings Notes

Attended by @franziska-warncke @greenhsu123 @kapokasa @russelltrow

  • Discussed the recent election of @franziska-warncke and @LiyaMath as Project Leads for the Green Software Patterns 🎉
  • Discussed rescheduling the call to allow participation from @greenhsu123 team in India
  • Discussed the priorities for the new leads
    • Review the existing projects issues. Identify what is still relevant and useful to evolving the project
    • Start discussions on how to restructure the catalogue
  • Discussed the importance of understanding adoption of the catalogue

Decisions

  • Amend the meeting schedule so that one call per month is at an earlier time. Meetings will remain bi-weekly with one at 10:00 GMT and another at 15:00 GMT on an alternating basis.
  • Use the project wiki more actively to capture relevant documentation rather than having it lost in issues
