I propose that we set KPIS to 1) Increase Contributors 2) Increased Adopters 3) Identify a project centered around GreenAI 3) Identify 2 Foundation to collaborate with.

Notes from the call

@tmcclell suggested a design thinking workshop to define our KPIs, and think about what’s next for OS projects and providing users with tooling to measure (IF) and reduce (patterns) - > to identify gaps that need filling in our Tooling.
Should we try to do this in the OSWG call first, and if we're unable to think about whether a workshop would help ?

@srini1978 suggested a we have a goal to incubate a project supporting the GreenAI movement - generative AI, sustainability surrounding AI - what opensource tool could we propose as a new project in the Hatch calls?

@Sophietn we can certainly try this. We can go through the KPIs suggested by Tammy in the next call and finalize ?

Yes sounds good @srini1978, I'll put discussing Tammys suggestion and finalising KPIs on the agenda for the next call 19th March!
