Please describe what you are requesting
Add alert fields to the schema

Describe what change you are proposing
The following fields:

alert_severity (informational, low, medium, high, critical)
alert_severity_level (1=informational, 2=low, 3=med, 4=high, 5=critical)
alert_response_level (0=allow, 1=prevent [block,quarantine,etc.], 2=[delete,remove,etc])
