  • rm commented code (git history is there for this)
  • rm references to out-of-date GF constructs or update them if necessary
  • rm comments that duplicate GF documentation -- no one has the time to keep these synced and people can look it up themselves

- rm pcomplete-commands for extinct commands
- update some pcomplete-commands flags
  - further work depends on using GF shell completion or not
- rm comments with GF shell commands explanation
- add URL and add version number
- mv require to beginning
- comment out 'cl requirement (doesn't seem to be used anymore)
- mv defvar's and defcustom's up, to prevent free variable warnings
