Found by testing team. After selecting Upload, then going to the Browse page, I selected Back. Then Forward on the web browser navigation pane. I received the error and couldn't navigate to back to GovReady. I had to close the browser and navigate to the specific project > page I was on.

Usage of the Upload causes error when navigating to different pages.

502 Proxy Error
The Proxy Server Received an Invalid response from an upstream server
The Proxy Server could not handle the request

Reason DNS lookup failure for govready-cace-dev
