Bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Admin > System settingss
  2. Activate [enable_experimental_opencontrol](http://localhost:8000/admin/system_settings/systemsettings/1/change/) setting
  3. Visit component library
  4. See error

  • All browsers

Expected behavior

Tabs and clone button line up

Maybe reposition "Clone component" button?
