Notebook created in GCS directory is not getting saved

Only checkpoint getting saved but in bucket location not the actual notebook

Can you provide more details on how to reproduce the error?

With my current tries, I can create, save and access updated notebooks from GCS across different notebook servers on different clusters and different JupyterLab instances.
