Toggle for "(AGAIN.)" on /homestuck/6853 (A6A6A3)

When Homestuck returned from the Gigapause, Andrew uploaded one page - /mspa/008753 OR /homestuck/6853 - on the 16th of October 2014 (woah, that's a decade ago today!) to test the waters. This led to the website crashing under the hammer of returning ravenous teen traffic. The site was only returned to functionality and the update republished on the 17th, which was remarked upon in /news/10-16-14 ("The Itinerary.").

One thing which seems to have been lost to time is that the returning version of this page was not identical to the initial publication! But I remember it clearly, because it was the subject of much discussion (which I am struggling to find, but will update this Issue if I can properly source it.)

The difference was exclusively in the text under the panel. The first version displayed "WELCOME BACK." The republished version is as archived in both the Viz site and the collection, ie "WELCOME BACK.\n\n(AGAIN.)"

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like for this "(AGAIN.)" to be toggleable on the Settings menu, and perhaps integrated into the New Reader flow.

In that circumstance, the very first time you visit the page, it would say the original text - but returning to it for any reason would have it use the updated text, unless intentionally configured.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It bears a lot of similarities to the Author Note on /mspa/006997 OR /homestuck/5097. This is not toggled by the collection at all, and is instead offloaded in responsibility to the "UHC Oddities" mod. It's of similar inconsequentiality that it would make sense to put there. The only reason I don't assume it has to go there is because that message was intended to curb Tumblr's spoiler culture and was removed when no longer applicable, while "(AGAIN.)" is kind of a badge of honour that the at-the-time offlined site continues to hold to this day.
