Write engine structure docs

• Review Cubos class documentation - should explain plugins, component definitions, etc.
• Review all plugin documentation, maybe write guidelines and a template for plugin docs?

These docs should be written in the code itself and not on external markdown pages (#359).
Most of the plugins are already well documented, but the docs should be reviewed.
