Problem

Many tools in Tesseratos would also be useful included in actual deployed games.
As Tesseratos is now an executable instead of a library, we can no longer use its tools inside game code.

Solution

We should move those kinds of tools to cubos/engine/tools, and leave only actual editor features to Tesseratos.
