Buildcraft item pipe justification

currently buildcraft item pipe are locked behind HV and not all item pipe can be used,and the power adapter with gregtech wire work perfactly,make me want to propose my balance.

First,lets just add power adapter back,instead of using engines,player just gonna use these connect to gregtech wire system.

LV circuit+LV motor+1 tin cable+1 rubber ring-> 2 Power adapter

these are basic cost of pipe in other mods:

Vanilla(1 hopper): 1 chest + 5 iron plate (+ 1 iron gear=4 stick 4 plate)
Gregtech(8 tiny tin item pipe): 6 tin plate
Project Red(8 pipe): 1 glass plate+ 4 iron stick
Logistics Pipes(8 unrouted pipe):1 obsidian glass +1 steel rod  +2 gold wire
Extra Utility(1 pipe): 3 steel plate+ 1 red alloy rod

I think we can follow the trend:

Buildcraft pipe(8 pipe): 1 obsidian glass + 4 iron screw+ ???

As you can see,the proposed balance is just cheaper than Logistics Pipes,but more expansive than Project Red,
that is because Project Red require lots of routing chip on its pipe network,basicly 1 for input and 1 for output,which make it overall expansive,
but buildcraft it self dont need that many circuit or chips to function,so it just need to be more expensive to compromised.

and,the BC fluid tank use obsidian glass so I think it is fair to ask player have that here.

compare to gregtech system in steam age,it use engine,power adapter or chips instead of hopper,and all 3 are more expansive:
Engine need 2 gear and piston to craft,while hopper only need 1,power adapter need steel,and chips are HV.

Stripe Transport pipe(1 pipe):1 obsidian glass + 4 iron screw+ 1 yellow stripes block + 2 MV robot arm+ 1MV circuit

and just like anything use obsidian glass can use strengthened glass as alternative,so dose plastic ring to rubber ring.
when using assembler,you no longer need iron screw.

and I also made some change to fluid and energy pipe,because pipe sealant are still unobtainable,so they are still impossible to get.

transport pipe + pipe sealant -(alloy smelter)> fluid pipe
transport pipe + red alloy -(alloy smelter)> energy pipe
