LENS

Supporting data and the original code used for the paper: "Detecting dynamic domains and local fluctuations in complex molecular systems via timelapse neighbors shuffling". (An updated version of the LENS code in temporarily also available at https://github.com/GMPavanLab/cpctools/tree/main/Examples - working temporary folder).

  • All the systems trajectory are reported in the respective folders
  • analysis-LENS_example.ipynb: example notebook to reproduce the LENS analysis
