Document the process for test-data-generation

After syncing with the UI team and after using/adjusting the latest generation code, document the steps. If possible, use the github actions in reg-pilot and reg-pilot-webapp and for Ronak deployments as the 'documentation' of the test-data-generation and associated test cases.... in order to understand the specifics, but also provide some high level sentences that will survive many small changes.
