Feature Request: Add Telegram as a Notification Adapter

Currently, notifications are available through Discord, Slack, and Microsoft Teams, but there’s no option to receive them via Telegram. For users who rely on Telegram for team communication, this feature would simplify notification management and improve accessibility.

Add a Telegram adapter to send notifications directly to a chosen Telegram group or channel. This would provide an additional notification option, allowing teams using Telegram to stay informed without needing to switch platforms.

Continuing with existing notifications on other platforms or setting up a workaround to forward notifications to Telegram. However, a direct integration would be more efficient and user-friendly.
