Add the ability to sort emojis in admin panel by hand

Feature Request

An admin can add emojis in the admin panel, but they can't be sorted anymore. They appear like they were added. To make a custom sorted list, every emoji must be deleted and added again.

Describe the solution you'd like

The possibility to drag and drop every emoji in list to be able to sort emojis quickly.

Other solution

Add the ability to export and import settings.

The file could be CVS or JSON and the user could sort the file on a computer and then import the sorted file.
