Files with UCF in Bradford for wrong county

The Devon Coordinator noticed that although Bradford, Devon has only one small file in the Register under the Church of All Saints, when you look under Place Information for Bradford and scroll down to the section called 'Entries with UCF for' it lists files for Bradford LAN and Bradford WRY.

These files are listed in the correct Register & Church for LAN & WRY and a search finds only entries in those files so why are the files listed in the UCF section under DEV?

Oddity. @SteveBiggs to look into this with Sutton as it's ubiquitous and so should crop up.

I've checked a few place names that I can think of that occur in different counties and it would appear to be a general system problem that UCF entries for all places with that name in other counties appear in the place. Examples below:

Files for Sutton, SSX show in Sutton, SRY:

Files for Crawley, SSX show in Crawley, HAM:

Files for Worthing, SSX show in Worthing, NFK:
