Processing emails are frequently not being delivered

My getting processing emails for Lancashire and Cheshire are intermittent, sometimes I only know uploading has taken place when they email me to say they’ve finished the file. I bang on to newbies about them receiving the processing email when they do the practice upload - yet they frequently don’t get one, This happened again only last week.

Eric thinks this is a result of ISPs blocking computer-generated email.

Is there anything we can do about this?
