Add a field in the Search results for 'Credit to' from the file header

A coord has suggested that if a transcriber has put something in the 'Credit to' field, it should be made visible to the researcher in the search results, but it would have to be separate from the 'Transcribed by' field because it may be the source image provider such as a record office rather than a co-transcriber.

Add a n Acknowldgements Field to capture the Record Office, other transcribing organization, etc. who need/would like an acknowlegement. Existing fiiles could be modified.
