@DeniseColbert
I'm confused. Are you suggesting that 'special guidance' pages go in the Members' Area, i.e. behind a login and editable only by developers, or in the public-facing part of the site, say as part of Information for Coordinators or even the Help, which do not require a login, or somewhere else?

Apologies, Alison, I think the story evolved during the writing! It should go onto the public (ie not logged in) part of the documentation, where appropriate (probably Help)
The Handbook should include a link to this section so that Transcribers can continue to easily access this information.
Currently, these go into the appendix of the Handbook, but it is becoming too large and diluting the effect of the Handbook.
This area could be on the public-facing part of FreeCEN website, and perhaps in FreeComETT.
