IBM HR Analytics Employee Attrition & Performance

Predict attrition of your valuable employees

This repository was made to share the scripts and report of the analysis I carried out from the IBM HR Attrition dataset. This is the description of the files:

  • IBM-HR-Dataset.csv: The used dataset

  • IBM-HR.R: The analysis script

  • IBM-HR-DrawCM.R: An external function from StackOverflow to nicely print the confusion matrix

  • IBM-HR-Report.Rmd: The R Markdown script

  • IBM-HR-Bibliography.bib: The BibTEX bibliography file

  • IBM-HR-Report.pdf: The final PDF report
