ongoing call notification stuck after immediate hangup

Describe the bug
I called someone accidentally and immediately hung up. The "ongoing call" notification remained there undismissable, only force stopping the app dismissed it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Call someone.
2. Hang up immediately before the call even connects.
3. Notification is now stuck.

Expected behavior
The notification should be dismissed when the call is hung up.

I also have this issue but I didnt hang up immediately.

I also had this bug a few times. Only app restart helped.
