DFU file CRC mismatch #[9-99]

Describe the bug.

I have recently bought a new flipper zero, and I'm trying to update the flipper to xtreme firmware, whenever I try via https://flipper-xtre.me/update/ or https://lab.flipper.net/ with Install from file I get the exact same error DFU file CRC mismatch #[9-99]

I'm currently attempting from a Windows 11, have tried qFlipper, lab.flipper and xtre.me/update, all with the exact same error.
Even tried the DFU recovery mode but nothing.

Reproduction

1. Update Flipper on https://lab.flipper.net/ with release version
2. Open https://flipper-xtre.me/update/
3. Connect Flipper
4. Flash

Worked only when entering recovery mode and repairing from qFlipper app and installing XFW from file inside qFlipper
