Add a button to rotate held props

Since I don't want to allow a sprint mode in 0g (in order to keep fire extinguishers relevant and keep some semblance of realism), it would be nice if the fire extinguishers could be rotated to shoot behind you so you can see where you're going.

Using R as the keybind should work.
