Describe the bug
When updating the R5 project missed updating the list of valid types for extensions

firely-net-sdk/src/Hl7.Fhir.R5/Model/ModelInfo.cs

Line 49 in 202a05f

typeof(Model.CodeableConcept),

Specifically missing:

  • CodeableReference
  • RatioRange
  • Availability
  • ExtendedContactDetail

Extras we have that aren't in the spec:

  • Contributor

The source set is here:

Expected behavior
Add the missing ones, remove the extra one.

Version used:

  • FHIR Version: R5
  • Version: 5.3.0
