Can you make it possible to organize the queue by dragging songs?

Might be related to #270 and #158 (comment).

This is something we could implement. However, we'd need to define behavior for some cases first. What happens when a reordered song receives more votes? Do reordered songs always stay on top? What happens with the tracks above a song that has been manually ordered, let's say, to be in the fourth place in the queue?

I think the only one can organize the queue, is the admin.
Songs stay in the queue where the admin left them...
