As the main problem on the system the scanner servers seem to be it would be nice to have any way to notify users on frontend, that scanning is not possible at the moment.
Right now on this DDOS fail of the hoster we don't get any response we could use to handle such a message without blocking the user from automatically get informed when its working again.
Im thinking about, what we could do but i dont get a good idea without creating lag.
One way would be to ask for servers up before asking for a scan ... or may be ask every 10 minutes if servers are up and stop scanning if they arnt ...

i wonder if a ping server could get "ddos"ed by the regular clients by asking to often for the service. but if that would be the best way to make this happen. :)
