How to change OSPF special neighbor(IP's) cost?

I set FRR like Cisco,but I did't find how to set OSPF neighbor IP's cost like Cisco:

neighbor A.B.C.D cost 500

Any ideal about this?interface cost not suitable for me. I am using only 1 interface but 5 nodes's cost not the same.FRR given only interface's cost.not good.

And how to import all OSPF received routes to linux table?Like table ID 310?I only found"set table",but it only works BGP
