moving pim commands under a new router pim

For all protocols except pim, protocol specific configurations go under router <protocol>, such as router ospf and router bgp vrf blue. pim configs go under global or vrf nodes. I suggest moving pim configs under router pim. Existing commands will be deprecated/hidden but probably not removed any time soon for backward compatibility. New commands will only go under router pim.

I do agree and back when I first got into PIM this confused me quite a bit too 😆 … I think it'd be an overall improvement in user experience.

(The compatibility break is, of course, a cost, but… not the first time we're doing something like this, and keeping aliases for compatibility is not exactly rocket science either.)
