cross compile depends library

i find a thing. "make install DESTDIR=/sysroot" can't put frr depends into /sysroot directory. it means if i should mv frr depends library as libyang into /sysroot/usr/ by myself.

so where is my libyang, libpcre2, libjson-c and so on??????

FRR never installs things that are not FRR; otherwise it would be impossible to build a package that contains only FRR (when libyang, libpcre2, etc. are its own package — it would be extremely annoying to remove the non-FRR parts.)

Correct way to do it is to run make install DESTDIR=/sysroot for libyang, libpcre2, etc. (even libc if you are trying to build a full system)
