Documentation contradiction over integrated configuration

I am a beginner and I rely heavily on the documentation to understand what are FRR best practices.
In the Basic Commands page, integrated configuration is recommended.
In the VTY shell page, the integration configuration is not recommended.
Which page reflects the current best practice? And could someone please edit it for coherence?

I personally use integrated config in that it is easier to organize from my perspective. I'll get the documentation updated.
