pimd Igmp v2 static join issue

is there any known issue with pimd igmp v2 static join ?

I see that (S,G) entry is getting created in LHR, where S is the address of the receiver.
This happens only when igmp v2 is configured. There is no such issue with igmp v3.

Receiver (12.12.10.10) -----(12.12.10.4) LHR ----
