iceRok with AlhambraII-Board and Win10 #3

I tried to test IceRok with the AlhambraII-Board under Windows10 Pro. But it doesen't work for me..
What Driver should i use to connect to the Board? I tried libusbk, WinUsb and the FTDI-Driver (Com-Port) - all for the AlhambraII-Interface 01 - without success.

When i use the FTDI-Driver, i can connect to the Board via COMx with the Terminal-Plugin of IceStudio (or another terminal-program) and i also can transmit Sample-Data from the Board using the IceRoc-Test-Example for the AlhambraII-Board..
