This page https://fosdem.org/2025/manuals/program/devroom/ lists some email addresses are @lists.fosdem.org and some that are just @fosdem.org. It would be nice to have a note somewhere eon the site (if not on that page) that explains when each is used, so it's easier to extrapolate ourselves.
