The nodes with missing data is not drawn correctly tree.pdf Installed fresh today using conda (cansnper2 bioconda/noarch::cansnper2-2.0.6-py_0)

The missing nodes are not present in either snps snps.txt
or the not_called files not_called.txt. In this example B.3
