Common code repository

This repository contains code that can be useful for all use cases.

Content of subfolders:

  • the subfolder 'geotiff-generation' contains Python script and Jupyter Notebook for GeoTIFF generation from NumPy array.
  • the subfolder 'fromTIFF_to_COG' contains scripts for transforming a GeoTIFF file into Cloud-Optimized-GeoTIFF (COG) and a script for its validation.
  • the subfolder 'QGIS-functionality' contains a document for create binary layers from data layer and an expression template.
  • the subfolder 'GBIF_occurence_eea_grid' contains aJupyter Notebook for vector and raster generation from occurence EEA tables.
