wine: err:module:fixup_imports_ilonly mscoree.dll not found

I tried to install EVE-O Preview with this guide:

I am running EVE online through lutris.

The wine version I am running in cli is 8.1 I also get the same error when I run the installer with the wine-binary from within the lutris-GE-Proton7-37-x86_64/bin

I've managed to install dotnet48 after I managed to uninstall wine-mono

However, before and also after I managed to install dotnet48, when I try to install the EVE-O Preview 5.2.0 "Brainy Bonus" exe file, I still get this error and the install fails with

I've also tried the latest version (6.0.0.3) from this fork: https://github.com/EveOPlus/eve-o-preview/releases
with same result
