TBS can run on Linux and macOS

The framework I choose will be Avalonia instead of MAUI

First, MAUI supports mobile devices more than desktop machines while Avalonia is the opposite. They support desktop first and mobile is next
Second, MAUI is quite new if we compare to Avalonia
