2. I think for the schedule right now we don't want to put speakers in specific places. We still haven't decided on whether we'll be doing groups of talks(especially considering we're only doing a half day of talks). For now, I think the schedule should just be the skeleton. If you don't like having all the TBDs in there, for the afternoon you could just have these individual slots commented out and have a general 'workshops' in there. Same goes for talks in the morning before and after coffee breaks.
3. Not sure on that one. I would assume we should get this up fast and that the sponsored sections are a nice to have but not now. As long as the sponsors are in the sponsor section we are at a good start. @indexzero thoughts?
4. Name it for the event we're doing, you mean? I don't think we have it locked it. I know all of our discussions were around a closing bar thing, but I haven't heard anything about this being confirmed.
5. Not sure what you mean by Day 1? If that was a label in the schedule spreadsheet, that was just a relic of past organizing stuff. No need! If we do end up having an opening party we might want to add that down the road, but not yet.

can we change all of the big really light-colored table blocks(#FFFDF7) to #3D3D40 and make the fonts for those blocks match the same white as the rest of the schedule? It is very bright.
