CI: Use Inlang CLI

[WarningImHack3r]

• Use Inlang CLI lint feature to get CI-validated localizations
• Use Inlang CLI config update feature instead of my home-made script
  • Consequently, delete this script and the package.json scripts entry.

Also, remove a useless leftover id.

Still a draft as the --match-sdk-version doesn't exist yet and to wait for a possible lint fix script instead of throwing an error.
