Account for else lines beginning with close bracket when indenting

If the previous line starts with } else, the line should be indented.

// Previous behavior

if (cond) {
    doSomething()
} else if (cond)
doSomething()

if (cond) {
    doSomething()
} else
doSomething()

// New behavior
if (cond) {
    doSomething()
} else if (cond)
    doSomething()

if (cond) {
    doSomething()
} else
    doSomething()

That's sad that the BSD style (aka Allman style) is not supported as well.

Everything is messed up if you try to type something like this:

if (cond) 
{
    doSomething()
} 
else
{
    doSomething()
}
doSomethingAgain()

Maybe it makes sense to think about supporting this style too.
